Annual Invoices sent out in mid May, and are due prior to 1 July
Note 1 - Every homeowner who wants water service from LFWS must own 2 shares of stock in the LFWS Corp. This is a recoverable fee that can be passed on to the person that buys your property.
Note - 2 - Usage fee covers all the water you use during the year. Outside use of sprinklers, soaker hoses, etc. is not permitted. Hand watering outside is permitted. Filling of swimming pools over 500 gallons is not permitted. Current state watering restrictions are also enforced. First violation of these rules will result in violators water being shut off and a $50.00 fee to have water turned back on.
